Return Policy

All returns are subject to approval by a store manager.
Merchandise may not be returned without our permission.  We are more than anxious to correct any errors we might make without expense to you.  If the error is yours, there will be a 20% restocking charge on all returned merchandise.  Please notify us within a maximum of five business days regarding shortages or incorrect shipments.  No returns or claims will be accepted after 30 days.

PLEASE PACK WELL WHEN SENDING BACK AND INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE.

Damages:  All shipments are carefully packed by experienced packers in accordance with existing requirements and practices.  We are sincerely interested in keeping breakage to a minimum, to reduce the inconvenience to our customers and our own administration and correspondence.  Nevertheless, breakage will occasionally occur and we cannot accept responsibility after we have obtained the carrier's receipt in good order. 

Should damage occur in transit, DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENTS.  This will cause unnecessary delays and added expense.  NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.  Hold all merchandise and packing materials in the original carton for inspection or recall.  Inspect your package when you receive it.  Notify us of any damage immediately.  CLAIMS REPORTED MORE THAN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT WILL NOT BE HONORED.
